三、征稿主题
（一）能源技术与系统
可再生能源技术与系统（风力发电/太阳能发电/水力发电，地热和潮汐），核电技术，热能与动力工程，能源存储技术，电池管理系统，新能源汽车与电动汽车技术，分布式发电、燃料电池，能源安全和清洁利用等。
（二）电力系统与自动化
电力系统及其自动化，电力系统建模、仿真与分析，电磁暂态分析程序，电力系统保护、运行与控制，电力系统可靠性与安全性，电力系统稳定性，电力系统规划与调度，输配电系统及设备，电力系统优化，电力市场与电力系统经济学，电力系统放松管制，电能质量和电磁兼容，高压工程及绝缘技术等。
（三）电力电子与电气传动
电气工程技术，电力电子与电力传动，先进电力半导体器件，逆变器与变流器技术，电气机器，电力电子及工业应用，电动驱动器及应用，电力牵引系统和控制，电工材料与加工工艺，电子材料，电磁学与应用超导技术，电磁兼容性等。
（四）智能控制、传感与信息技术
控制科学与控制工程，智能控制系统（预测控制/过程控制/实时控制），计算智能在电气工程中的应用，智能系统与方法，诊断与传感系统，传感器与微机电，微机电系统-微型传感器与结构，模拟与数字信号处理，电子、信息与控制系统，信息技术应用，机电一体化与机器人技术等。
四、论文出版
所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将由IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-1004-4)出版，见刊后由出版社提交至IEEE Xplore, EI, Scopus检索。

1. About ESEPE 2026
The 11th International Conference on Energy Systems, Electrical and Power Engineering (ESEPE 2026), co-organized by Xi'an Eurasia University, is scheduled to take place from October 30 – November 1 in Xi'an, China. Facing the pressing challenges brought by climate change and the continuous growth of global energy demand, ESEPE 2026 aims to gather global experts and scholars to delve into the discussion of key technologies and solutions, including smart grids, integration of renewable energy, advancements in energy storage technology, optimization and management of power systems, and the application of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence in the energy sector.
ESEPE 2026 is dedicated to promoting international knowledge exchange and cooperation, joining hands with professionals from all walks of life to contribute to a more sustainable, intelligent, and efficient global energy future.
