In two weeks, you'll feel it. In four weeks, you'll see it. In eight weeks, you'll hear it.
The weather is getting warmer recently. Many people will start to consider a problem at this time:
Weight Loss. What's more, because of the influence of COVID-19,
many people are in quarantine at home, watching the pointer of the scale constantly shifting...
"Do I have to control my diet?" Should we exercise more?"
There are many ways to lose weight, everyone can find the most suitable way for themselves, but the hardest thing is how to persevere.
So today I will tell you three sentences to encourage everyone to lose weight better.
1.One moment on the lips, forever on the hips.
This sentence is easy to understand. The food stays in your mouth for only a moment,
and you will feel very refreshing at that moment. However,
the fat will stay on your hips (one of the easiest places to store fat).
Sometimes we are greedy for those high-fat things, such as chips, cakes, etc.,
not because you are hungry, just because you are bored.
So next time you encounter such a situation,
you may wish to remind yourself in this sentence.
2.What you eat in private is what you wear in public.
This sentence is also very straightforward.
Many times when you are gathering with a group of people,
you will also remind yourself to maintain your manners.
But when you binge watch your favorite TV show at home alone at night,
you may involuntarily find some night snack to eat.
Then you may wish to remind yourself that what I eat in private is what I wear in public.
3.Smaller snacks, slimmer slacks.
This sentence is very fluent.
It means that as you eat less snacks, the trousers you wear will become more and more baggy.

Two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks actually represent different milestones.

This sentence is actually telling us that weight loss should be done step by step,
